The fees include attendance
at the Forum and Exhibition, visas, meals and local transfers all as
set out below. They
exclude travel to and from Bahrain and accommodation in Bahrain.

Visas
Nationals of GCC (Gulf
Co-operation Council) states do not need a visa to enter Bahrain.
All other nationals attending the Forum and Exhibition will
require a visa.
All participants who have
been successfully registered for the Forum and received confirmation
of attendance from the organisers will be provided with a
visa free of charge for the duration of the Forum.
In order to obtain a visa on
your behalf, the organisers will require an electronic copy of various
pages of your passport (which must be valid at least until
end-August 2009) and a passport photograph.
Details of where to forward these will be contained in the
written confirmation provided to you by the organisers when you are
registered.
Accommodation
Bahrain’s hotels include
international chains such as the Ritz-Carlton, Crowne Plaza,
Inter-Continental, Sheraton, Radisson SAS and Movenpick, as well as
equally reputed local and regional hotels such as the Gulf Hotel.
The Forum organisers have
obtained special rates at a number of the above hotels.
Availability remains on a first-come basis.

Getting around
All participants will be provided with free transfers to and from Bahrain International Airport and the Forum venue or your choice of hotel.
Meals
All participants will be
provided with lunch on both days of the Forum.
Participants will also be invited to attend a “Bahrain night”
reception and dinner on the first night.
Details of whom to contact in case of any special dietary
requirements will be provided with your written confirmation of
attendance from the organisers.
Dress code
Participants are requested
to dress formally for the Forum and Exhibition, either in suits or
similar traditional or national dress or uniform.
This includes for the lunches and the “Bahrain night”.
Outside of the Forum,
Bahrain has no formal dress code and has always been a tolerant
society. You may
nevertheless wish to dress conservatively in public places.
